Hekmat is a significant partner in a company that owns a flourishing network of 18 restaurant branches across the UAE, with operations in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, and Oman since 2008, and an upcoming expansion into Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Hekmat initiated his academic journey at Concordia University in Montreal, ultimately graduating from the Lebanese American University.
His proficiency in marketing within the Food and Beverage industry runs in tandem with his remarkable expertise in establishing successful restaurants.
With a wealth of experience in management and events dating back to 2012 and armed with an MBA from Liverpool John Moores University, Oksana assumes pivotal roles within the organization.
Her responsibilities encompass talent acquisition and training oversight, as well as the supervision of concept implementation to ensure a delightful client experience at the establishment.
Moreover, Oksana plays a vital part in shaping company staff guidelines and harmonizing in-store practices with the overarching marketing and sales policies.
Shatha, an expert in branding and digital marketing for the Food and Beverage industry since 2010, is an alumna of the American University in Beirut. Her primary role involves formulating and executing digital marketing strategies for restaurants.
Shatha meticulously oversees the adherence to branding guidelines and the production and implementation of content and promotional materials in alignment with the established strategy.
She collaborates closely with the restaurant's operational team to boost branch visibility, attract more customers, enhance delivery services, and consequently drive sales growth.
